Defining a Digital System for the Pedestrian Network as a Conceptual Implementation Framework

In cities today, the digitalization of mobility is one most crucial tools that link each single service providers (e.g., ride sharing, public transportation, air travel, etc.) to users. Based on smart pedestrian network model, purpose this study initially provide requirements towards a model and subsequently draft an institutional framework effective implementation management will develop/create as new structure in city. The methodology applied three phases, with separate approaches: “desk approach” for data gathering standard knowledge-based connected walkability; “digitalization citizen stakeholder participation policy co-creation; “business approach”. A business approach defined set operations takes or more types input produces customer-valued outcome. case, customers are citizens by applying digital system assessing policies finding/defining optimized combination shared applicable/effective implement network. By boosting innovative linkage these has great potential improve walkability planning process therefore create sustainable livable urban spaces.
